Yes, applications are split into two rounds and applicants are selected on a rolling basis — so applying early is strongly recommended.

You must be an undergraduate student at the time of the conference and must be able to attend the full duration of the conference.

No — this is all-expenses-paid. We cover transportation to New York, hotel accommodations, meals, and experiences. We do not cover Visa costs. There is a $150 security deposit to secure your spot.

Not at all — we welcome both domestic and international applicants equally.

All applicants receive the same comprehensive, holistic review regardless of when they apply. However, more spots are available in earlier rounds, so applying early is to your advantage.

No — you cannot apply more than once for the same conference cycle. If you are waitlisted, your application will be automatically re-evaluated in the next round.

The 52nd International Conference will be held November 6–8, 2026 at the Hilton Midtown in New York City.

The conference runs for three full days. Attendees are expected to participate in all scheduled programming for the duration of the conference.

Seminar assignments are made by the IC team based on your stated interests and background in your application. We do our best to match each attendee with the executives most relevant to their goals.

Yes — we accommodate dietary restrictions. You'll have the opportunity to indicate any restrictions after you are admitted.

Yes — attendees are paired with other conference participants. Roommate assignments are made by the IC team.

Admission decisions are sent in late June and August via email to the address provided in your application. Make sure to check your spam folder as well.
